Fit Your Nose Bridge
Pinch and shape the bridge. Place it across your nose and adjust to fit your unique face shape

Adjust Back Band & Ear Loops
Pull the two side loops behind your ears and adjust the size to fit comfortably. Adjust the larger single strap behind your head—or remove if preferred
3.
Ensure Your Mask Is Sealed
Gently hold the mask in place. Sharply inhale. If air is leaking, readjust the mask and try again

Place the new filter under the middle loop on the back of the mask. Then tuck the edges of the filter into the pockets on both sides
